I’m Jana, and my career path has been anything but linear. At an early age, we are faced with decisions that send us on a career trajectory, often without much intentionality. I used to think I changed jobs because I was bored; now I recognize it’s because I need to be challenged - engaged in meaningful, purposeful work.
